Great hosts! Their place is exactly as described and even cuter in person. I found the place just fine in the dark and they made themselves available if we needed anything. We brought our pup and he loved the place too. The loft is located in a nice neighborhood and I enjoyed exploring around. The bed is comfortable and there is a full kitchen! I highly recommend it this place for couples or solo travelers and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Grand Junction.

Lily Hill Loft is a very cute, clean and convenient location. Our host was very helpful with any requests for information, or if we had any issues, which we didn't. The loft was setup and decorated nicer than most AirBnb's I've stayed in. It was well equipped with most amenities one would need or want. Location was convenient to Downtown, the University, and St. Mary's hospital area. Really enjoyed our stay there.

We built this place ourselves - with a lot of help from our friends. We did our best to reuse, recycle, and repurpose. For example, we tore down the original garage and reused the wood as part of the siding. We resorted to elbow grease to repair, refurbish, and reinvigorate items rather than just buy new.

The garage houses our hobbies, but we wanted a place for family, friends, and new AirBnB friends to come stay, so we added this space.

It’s called Lily Hill Loft because of our street address and because during construction we lost one of our best friends, 14-year-old Golden Retriever Lily. She was the most welcoming creature on earth, so we found naming the loft after her to be pretty fitting.
